Rainbow Lips - SBS #6

Hello. (:
This tutorial is called Rainbow Lips, and you've guessed it: the lips will be...rainbow. (;
I've been looking through pictures on Google, and I found one which showed rainbow eyeshadow. This inspired me to do two tutorials: a rainbow lips one and a rainbow eyes one.
Okay, so this the what it'll look like...

What You Will Need

  • White liquid eyeliner
  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • Black kohl eyeliner
  • White kohl eyeliner
  • Black volumizing mascara
  • Black lengthening mascara
  • Luxe lipgloss
  • Red lipstick (I used the Tigerlily one)
  • Orange-ish lipstick
  • Green-ish lipstick

  • Blue lipstick
  • Purple lipstick
  • Two shades of pink blusher
  • Pinky-white blusher

Step One

First off, line your inner corners of the eyes with white liquid eyeliner and your outer corners of the eyes with black liquid eyeliner.

Step Two

Line your inner corners with white kohl eyeliner; outer corners with black kohl.

Step Three

This is the part which you guys have been waiting for: the lips.
Like the picture above, we are going to use five lipsticks and put a stripe of each colour on your lips, like above. Red, orange, green, blue then purple.

Step Four

Put your darkest shade of pink on the side of the face, the lighter shade next to it and the lightest next to that and blend it.

Step Five

For the accessories, I used the small Sunny Bunny lashes (one pair for the bottom of the eye, two for the top) and then I put a pair of the long lashes on the top of the eyes. To tie the look together, I added a pair of earrings.
Because the lips are quite dramatic, you don't want to use too many accessories, otherwise the whole look will be overcrowded.

I enjoyed making this tutorial, and experimenting with the different colours. I hope you liked it as much I as did and thanks for reading.
Remember to leave a quick comment, and if you have tried the look yourself, don't hesitate to post a tinypic. (:
Thanks again.
Byeeeee. (:

  1. If you bought different colors than are shown, could you still do it?

  2. Yeah, you don't have to use the exact same colours as I use. Make it different; make it your own. (: That's the whole point of this blog, to give people ideas which they can broaden (sp.). (:
