Stars in the Night Sky - SBS #7

I said last night that I'd do this tutorial, and here it is!
When I got th pictures last night, I didn't get chance to do the 'After' photo, because the laptop spazzed out. -.- I've got to use the one I posted last night, and the skintone is slightly darker than the tutorial pictures, but that doesn't matter as such.
Here's what it looks like:

What You Will Need

  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • Black volumizing mascara
  • Black lengthening mascara
  • Four different shades of blue eyeshadow
  • Luxe lipgloss
  • Pink blusher

Step One

First, line both eyes with the eyeliner, making sure not to make an flicks and just to stick to the shape of the eye.

Step Two

Add lengthening mascara to both eyes.
Add volumizing mascara as close to the lash line as possible - if you add it all over your eyelashes, it'll make it too thick and harshen the look.

Step Three

Using eyeshadow #1, do a small oval on the outer corners of the eyes, like above.

Step Four

Using eyeshadow #2, add a smaller oval next to eyeshadow #1.

Step Five

Using eyeshadow #3, add it next to eyeshadow #2, following the shape of the eye.

Step Six

Add the last eyeshadow in the inner corners of both eyes.

Step Seven

Add Luxe lipgloss to your lips.

Step Eight

Apply the blush to the edges of your medoll's face, lightly.

Step Nine

For accessories, I added my favourite pair of earrings and Sunny Bunny lashes.

So, I hope you liked this look and I hope you try it out.
Thanks, don't forget to leave a quick comment and to follow.
Bye. (:

Coming Soon: Stars in the Night Sky

So, I scrapped the idea of the Rainbow Eyes, though I might try it out some other time.
I have decided to do another blue themed tutorial, but this time, it will be fairly darker and less in-your-face. Here it is:

So, watch out for this tutorial; it should hopefully be up later.
Thanks. (:

Rainbow Lips - SBS #6

Hello. (:
This tutorial is called Rainbow Lips, and you've guessed it: the lips will be...rainbow. (;
I've been looking through pictures on Google, and I found one which showed rainbow eyeshadow. This inspired me to do two tutorials: a rainbow lips one and a rainbow eyes one.
Okay, so this the what it'll look like...

What You Will Need

  • White liquid eyeliner
  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • Black kohl eyeliner
  • White kohl eyeliner
  • Black volumizing mascara
  • Black lengthening mascara
  • Luxe lipgloss
  • Red lipstick (I used the Tigerlily one)
  • Orange-ish lipstick
  • Green-ish lipstick

  • Blue lipstick
  • Purple lipstick
  • Two shades of pink blusher
  • Pinky-white blusher

Step One

First off, line your inner corners of the eyes with white liquid eyeliner and your outer corners of the eyes with black liquid eyeliner.

Step Two

Line your inner corners with white kohl eyeliner; outer corners with black kohl.

Step Three

This is the part which you guys have been waiting for: the lips.
Like the picture above, we are going to use five lipsticks and put a stripe of each colour on your lips, like above. Red, orange, green, blue then purple.

Step Four

Put your darkest shade of pink on the side of the face, the lighter shade next to it and the lightest next to that and blend it.

Step Five

For the accessories, I used the small Sunny Bunny lashes (one pair for the bottom of the eye, two for the top) and then I put a pair of the long lashes on the top of the eyes. To tie the look together, I added a pair of earrings.
Because the lips are quite dramatic, you don't want to use too many accessories, otherwise the whole look will be overcrowded.

I enjoyed making this tutorial, and experimenting with the different colours. I hope you liked it as much I as did and thanks for reading.
Remember to leave a quick comment, and if you have tried the look yourself, don't hesitate to post a tinypic. (:
Thanks again.
Byeeeee. (:

Lady Gaga Inspired: Born This Way - SBS #5

I've got twenty minutes to write all this out (bed at half past).
Okay.
So, this is a Lady Gaga inspired look. I got the idea from this picture, so this is my inspiration:

This is what my version looks like...

What You Will Need

  • Black volumizing mascara
  • Black kohl eyeliner
  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • Black eyeshadow
  • Dark purple eyeshadow
  • Soft pink blush
  • White lipstick
Step One

Line your whole eye with the liquid liner, doing a tiny flick in the inner corners and a longer one on the outer corners. This will help when you do your eyeshadow, so you can follow the shape of the outer flicks. Line your waterline with black kohl eyeliner, doing a thin line like above.

Step Two

Add black mascara to both eyes.

Step Three

Now you can do your eyeshadow. Do a wing-type shape with black shadow, and go over it a couple of times. So a smaller wing on top with purple eyeshadow and then add another layer of black on top.

Step Four

With your blush, do two small semi-circles like the picture above.

Step Five

Moving onto the lips. Make your lips a light colour (I used the one from the Beauty Parlour), grab your white lipstick and make a shape like the one above.

Step Six

Accessories! In the picture, Lady Gaga has quite strange accessories...
I used a pearl headband, five black teardrops in a straight, vertical line, a plain black headband, small studs along the band, Sunny Bunny eyelashes and a white contact.

I did it, with six minutes to spare. :')
Hope you liked this, comment, follow, blah, blah, blah.
G'nite. (:

Simple Smokey Eye - SBS Tutorial #4

Wow, I really am on a roll! :o
My fourh tutorial today! Making SBS ones take longer than you think - at least an hour minimum, because you have to try out the makeup and then do it again bit by bit, saving pictures of different parts as you do it. Then you've got to upload all the pictures and write little bits with it and try and explain it all as much as possible and make it all seem clear. Throughout this, you've gotta hope that Blogger doesn't decide to spaz out and make everything massive so you add another hour trying to sort it out and starting again. -.-
But enough of my little ranting session.
Time for my Smokey Eye tutorial!
Here is what it looks like...

What You Will Need

  • Black volumizing mascara
  • White kohl eyeliner
  • Black kohl eyeliner
  • White liquid eyeliner
  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • White eyeshadow
  • Black eyeshadow
  • Brown-ish blush
  • Nude lipstick
  • Dark pink-ish lipstick
Step One

Line your inner corners of both eyes with the white kohl and liquid eyeliners.
Line your outer corners of both eyes with the black kohl and liquid eyeliners.

Step Two

Add black mascara to both eyes.

Step Three

Add black eyeshadow in an oval shape on the outer corners of both eyes, reaching just under the arch of your eyebrows. Add white eyeshadow, following the shape of the eyes and slightly overlap onto the black, creating a smokey eye look.

Step Four

Add the blush lightly to the outer edge of your face, following the shape.

Step Five

Add the dark pink-ish lipstick to your lips and then add one layer of nude lipstick on top.

Step Six

For the accessories, I added a pearl headband and some mole art on the side of the face. You could also add Sunny Bunny lashes, to extend the eyelashes and make them more noticeable.

This is basic, and can be achieved by anyone, as long as they have the basic makeup.
Remember to leave a comment and to follow this blog.
I have an idea for my next tutorial so look out for it...
Tarh.

Hayley Williams Inspired - SBS Tutorial #3

Well, HaiiDurh. (:
Wow, three tutorials in one day - I'm on a roll!
This one is a Hayley Williams inspired look. Hayley Williams is like my idol, and Stardoll have recently bought out red hair dyes and highlights, so I thought, might as well do a Hayley Williams tutorial!
Here's what it looks like...

What You Will Need

  • Black liquid eyeliner
  • Black volumizing mascara
  • Yellow-ish eyeshadow
  • Gold-ish eyeshadow
  • Orange-ish eyeshadow (I used Luxe)
  • Red-ish eyeshadow
  • Light pink blush
  • Luxe lipgloss
  • Red hairdye (I used Blood Red)
  • Red highlight
Step One

First off, line your upper lashline with black liquid eyeliner and then put the black volumizing mascara on both eyes.

Step Two

Next, put the gold-ish eyeshadow over half your eyelid. Put a layer of the yellow-ish eyeshadow over it.

Step Three

Put orange eyeshadow over the other half of the lid, slightly overlapping the goldy-yellow eyeshadow.

Step Four

Add red eyeshadow to the outer corner of your eyes.

Step Five

Cover your lips with Luxe lipgloss.

Step Six

Put the pink blush on your cheeks, following the line of your cheekbones.

Step Seven

For the hair, dye it red and put highlights on like the picture above.
I used one of the SS hairstyles, with a fringe.

I hope you enjoyed my third tutorial. (;
Remember to leave a comment saying what you thought, and also FOLLOW!
I can't stress that enough. :')
But, yarh, hope you liked it, and buh-bye. (:

- Georgia.

P.S. My next tutorial is a basic smokey eye, for Risse. (;

Ahoy there, Sailor! - SBS Tutorial #2

Haii.
This is my second SBS tutorial! It's called Ahoy there, Sailor! I did warn you - I fail at making up names for these looks. I called it that because the main colour is blue, and it could be tied in with an ocean with sailors.
Anyway, whatever, lets get started.
This is what the finishing look is...

What You Will Need

  • White kohl eyeliner
  • Blue kohl eyeliner
  • White liquid eyeliner
  • Blue liquid eyeliner
  • Purple volumizing mascara
  • Green lengthening mascara
  • White eyeshadow
  • Two different shades of blue eyeshadow
  • Luxe lipgloss
  • Blue lipstick
  • White lipstick
  • Three different shades of pink blush (darker to lighter)
Step One

First off, you wil need to use all four liners (white liquid and kohl & blue liquid and kohl).
White liquid liner: inner corners of both eyes.
Blue liquid liner: waterline of both eyes.
White kohl liner: inner corners of both eyes.
Blue kohl liner: outer corners of top lash lines.

Step Two

Now lets use the purple volumizing mascara and green lengthening mascara on both eyes, like the picture above.

Step Three

Lets move onto the eyeshadow.
Using your darkest shade of blue, make a wing on the outer corner of your eye. I'm using a hairstyle which covers one of the eyes so I can use more eyeshadow.
Go over this as many times as wanted.

Step Four

Now use your lighter shade of blue and follow the shape of your eye.
Overlap the darker shade of blue a little bit.

Step Five

Use your white eyeshadow and put it in the corner of your eyes, like I did in the picture above.
Now you can blend all three colours.

Step Six

Moving onto the lips now.
First, get your blue lipstick and put two layers over your lips.
Then, put one layer of white lipstick on top, to make it lighter and not as harsh.
Finally, you can add Luxe lipgloss.

Step Seven

To get the blush like above, you have to use three shades.
I used a slightly dark pink, a lighter pink and a white-pink.
Put a layer of the darker pink on the sides of the face, the lighter shade next to it and the white-pink next to that. You can then blend it up, so you get a sort of gradiant pink.

Step Eight (optional)

This last step is optional.
When I do medolls on Stardoll, I tend to not use many accessories but because this look was a little plain, I decided to add a simple pair of earrings. The hairstyle I used only showed one ear and it'd look quite messy if I had one earring over the hair, so I decided to put the right earring on the left ear, so only one would be visible in, say, clubs.
If I added anymore accessories, my doll would be overcrowded.

So, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
Comment your opinons, follow this blog and tell your friends!
If you have tried out this look, feel free to leave a tinypic link to me in the comments section.
Thanks. (:
